Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Day

Our Airport Representative will greet you at Tribhuwan International Airport and transfer you to your respective hotels. After check-in and some rest, you will be taken to the main touristic hub in the city for a short introduction tour. Your trip guide will briefly give information about your trip in the evening.

Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing & drive to Nagarkot

Driving Duration: 1 hour

Today, after breakfast, you will go sightseeing in some of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu valley. You will visit Pashupatinath Temple, the most important Hindu Pilgrimage is a temple constructed in the 17th century and has been unchanged since then. Non-Hindu visitors are unacceptable in the main temple but can observe the scenes from across the river. Boudhanath Stupa is your next stop. The stupa is one of the biggest stupas in South Asia and was built in the 5th century which reflects Tibetan Buddhism. Many small gompas and monasteries are also built-in Tibetan style. On the route to Bhaktapur, you will pay a visit to an ancient temple called Changu Narayan Temple which was built in pagoda style in the 3rd century with the finest samples of stone, wood, and metal craft. Right away, you will move to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, originally built in 1696 A.D and reconstructed in the `17th/18th century which you can observe today. 55 window palace, Vastala temple, Nyatapol Temple, and Lion’s gate are the major attractions of this area. Later in the evening, you will drive to one of the famous hill stations for sunrise and sunset view along with a panoramic vista of Himalayan ranges called Nagarkot.

Day 03:Drive to Chitwan

Driving Duration: 7 hours

Early in the morning, you will observe the sunrise over the Himalayas along with a stunning panoramic vista of some Himalayan peaks. After breakfast, you will head towards Chitwan National Park. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel and visit small villages near your hotel.

Day 04:Chitwan National Park Exploration Day

Today, you will be exploring Chitwan National Park, the oldest national park in Nepal for the whole day. The first activity of the day would be Elephant Safari inside the beautiful woodlands, where you may encounter amazing and unique floras and faunas. Canoe ride in the Narayani River to observe crocodiles in the bank of the river will give you a new and thrilling experience. And your final activity of the day will be visiting the Elephant breeding center. To end off the day, get yourself entertained with the Tharu Cultural program before dinner.

Day 5: Drive to Lumbini

Driving Duration: 5 hours

Bird watching will be your last activity in Chitwan. After bird watching tour and breakfast, you will head towards Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. One of the World Heritage Sites of Nepal, Lumbini is one of the most important pilgrimage sites for Buddhists from all over the world. You will be visiting to the important and major attractions of the area including the monasteries and gompas built by different nations as a tribute to Lord Buddha. Lord Buddha spent his first 29 years of life as Prince Siddhartha Gautama in Lumbini. 

Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your respective hotel for overnight.

Day 06: Lumbini Sightseeing & drive to Palpa

Driving Duration: 3 hours

You will spend your today’s half, exploring Lumbini visiting some of the major attractions such as Mayadevi Temple; Lord Buddha’s birthplace, Puskarini Pond; a pond where Mayadevi took her holy bath before giving birth to Buddha, Ashoka Pillar; a landmark built by an Indian emperor which contains an inscription claiming Lumbini as a birthplace of Lord Buddha, Myanmar monastery and Lumbini museum today. If time permits, you will visit other monasteries around the garden and Tilaurakot Palace. Likely after lunch, you will drive to Tansen, Palpa which lies en route to Pokhara from Lumbini. An ancient Newari city with a wonderful history and some incredible Newari architecture, Tansen lies 4300 m above the sea level offering the best view of different Himalayas namely Dhaularigi, Annapurna, Manasalu, Gauri Shaknker and many more along with the tranquil environment. Tansen is very popular for Dhanka Fabric, traditional hand loomed fabric of the indigenous Limbu people of Eastern Nepal.

Day 07: Drive to Pokhara

Driving Duration: 6 hours

Start your day with breakfast in a fresh and tranquil atmosphere. Then, you will get ready to drive to Pokhara, one of the major destinations for both domestic and international tourists because of it’s a natural beauty. Mostly known as “City of Lakes”, the place is famous for a panoramic vista of the Himalayan peaks. It is also very famous or many adventurous sports like paragliding, Zip Line, Ultra Light Flight, and rafting. Upon arrival check-in at your hotel and relax.

Day 08: Pokhara Sightseeing

Very early in the morning, you will drive for 30 minutes to reach Sarangkot, where you will observe stunning sunrise. Sarangkot is a famous viewpoint for sunrise and sunset along with a panoramic view of Annapurna IV (7,525m), Annapurna III (7,555m), Dhaulagiri (8,167m) and Machhapuchhre (6993m). After the sunrise view over the Himalayan ranges, you will drive back to your hotel and have breakfast. You will visit the top attractions of Pokhara such as Devis Fall, Gupteshowr Cave, and Shanti Stupa (World Peace Pogoda). Built by a Japanese monk in Japanese style, it is ranked as the top 2 attractions of the city providing you a panoramic view of Annapurna ranges, Fewa Lake and Pokhara city. You will also visit Tibetan Refugee camp where you will get to know about original Tibetan settlers in this area migrated back in the 50s’.  Boating in beautiful Fewa Lake will give you an amazing view of the hills, mountains, and Sarangkot. Later, in the leisure time, you can take a walk on the lakeside.

Day 09: Drive to Nayapul (1010m) & trek to Tikhedhunga (1570m)

Driving Duration: 1 hour

Trekking Duration: 3 hours

Start off another beautiful day in the country of Himalayas with a good breakfast and board to a vehicle going towards Nayapul. Once you reach the place, you will walk towards the main street of Birethanti almost for 30 minutes. Walkthrough thick bamboo forest passing through a beautiful waterfall and a swimming spot until you reach Ramghai where you will halt for the lunch. After the short break, follow a trail ascending gradually up to the side of the valley until you reach your today’s final destination Tikhe Dhunga for your overnight.

Day 10: Trek to Ghorepani (2840m)

Trekking Duration: 5 hours

Leave Tikhe Dhunga behind after your breakfast and walk past the stream and a suspension bridge near the campsite of the town. Climb a steep stone staircase taking you to a large village of Magar(an ethnic group of Nepal) called Ulleri village situated at the elevation of 2080m. Passing the village, you will further ascend through grasslands and cultivated fields. The track crosses two of the sparkling streams and climbs to Nangethanti. You will take a break for lunch there and further ascend up to Ghorepani which offers you the astounding vista of the beautiful peaks such as Dhaulagiri I (8167m), Tukuche Nilgiri (6940m), Annapurna I (8081m), Hiuchuli (6441m) and Tarke Kang (7193m).

Day 11: Poon Hill hiking & trek to Tadapani

Trekking Duration: 6 hours

Early morning hike towards Poonhill for gorgeous sunrise and amazing panoramic view of the Himalayan peaks like Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) and many more. After sunrise viewing, you will return back to Ghorepani for breakfast. After the meal, leave Ghorepani behind and follow a track descending down to Tadapani for your overnight through beautiful forests and streams.

Day 12: Trek to Ghandruk (1940m)

Trekking Duration: 3-4 hours

Take breakfast at Tadapani and hike down towards Ghandruk village through lush green jungles. Ghandruk is one of the biggest villages of Gurungs (an ethnic group of Nepal), also a popular tourist destination where the culture of the Gurung will mesmerize you. You will visit the Annapurna Conservation Office and Museum at noon once you reach the village. You will get the opportunity to get s deep look inside the culture of Nepal here.

Day 13: Trek to Nayapul & drive to Pokhara

Trekking Duration: 5-6 hours

Driving Duration: 1 hour

Leave the village after breakfast. Walkthrough the trail along the Modi River until you reach Birethenti. From there, walk continuously until you see vehicles waiting for you at Nayapul. Drive to Pokhara from there, check-in at a hotel, and relax.

Day 14: Drive to Kathmandu

Driving Duration: 6 hours

 After breakfast, you will leave Pokhara and head towards Kathmandu The drive through Prithvi highway is very scenic including the fabulous view of different villages, landscapes, and rivers. You can roam around the streets of the Thamel area and pick some items as souvenirs. Later in the evening, you will be invited for farewell dinner in a typical Nepalese restaurant where you will be served Nepalese dishes and some cultural programs.

Day 15: Departure Day

You will be transferred to the airport for your onward destination by a representative of our company 3 hours prior to your flight schedule.
