Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Day

Our Airport Representative will greet you in Tribhuwan International Airport and transfer you to your respective hotels. Your trip guide will briefly give information about your trip in the evening.

Day 02: Full day Kathmandu Sightseeing

The tour begins today after your breakfast in the hotel. You will be visiting to three world heritage sites today. And they are:

Pashupatinath Temple, the most important Hindu Pilgrimage is a temple constructed in 17th century and has been unchanged since then. Non-Hindu visitors are unacceptable in the main temple but can observe the scenes from across the river.

Boudhanath Stupa is your next stop. The stupa is one of the biggest stupas in South Asia and was built in 5th century which reflects Tibetan Buddhism. Many small gompas and monasteries are also built in Tibetan style. The area is an authentic place to purchase Tibetan Stuffs.

Swoyambhunath Stupa will be your last destination for today. Popular as “Monkey temple” among tourists is indeed a great and famous attraction of the valley. The stupa is one of the ancient stupas of the valley where the worshippers are diverse from Newar nuns, Tibetan monks to Brahmin priests. Situated at the top of the hill, it offers you incredible view of the valley.

Day 03: Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Drive to Nagarkot

Driving Duration: 1 hr 30 mins

After breakfast, you will be guided to another cultural heritage site called Patan durbar Square in Patan, Lalitpur where Krishna Mandir, Golden Temple, Museum and Ashok Pilar are the major attractions. Further, we move to Bhaktapur Durbar Square where your eyes and heart will be pleased with medieval era temples and structures. The area is also covered with great varieties of unique handmade designs. Later, you will drive 32 km east from Kathmandu, Nagarkot (2195m) for beautiful sunrise and hotel transfer.

Day 04: Drive Kathmandu via Changunarayan and Kathmandu Tour

Driving Duration: 1 hr 30 mins

Gorgeous sunrise along with jaw dropping vista of Mount Everest and panoramic view of Kathmandu Valley will astound you fully. After breakfast, you will drive to one of the oldest temples in Nepal, ChanguNarayan. The temple was built in 3rd century and is the oldest discovery of Nepal. After temple visit, you will drive back to hotel in Kathmandu and start the tour inside the valley. This moment will be a great opportunity to look into the art and lifestyle of Kathmandu as you will be walking through the oldest and busiest markets like Ason, Indrachok and Newroad. You will be appreciating the art and architecture once you reach Kathmandu Durbar Square. Visiting the temple of Living Goddess “Kumari” will be unique experience for you.

The real tour comes to an end after visiting these places. Later, in the evening, you can walk around Thamel for shopping of picking up stuffs as souvenir.

Day 05: Departure

You will be transferred to airport for your onward destination as per your flight schedule.
