Nagarjun Hill Hiking Tour is a single day tour to one of the finest hiking destinations in Kathmandu valley. Located at the elevation of 2128 meters, 9 km north-west of the valley, Nagarjun is the nearest hill site of Kathmandu, covered with dense pine, rhododendron, firs, ferns and chestnut forest with easy walking trails. The hill is also renowned for a spectacular view of glowing Himalayas, including Manaslu, Jugal, Ganesh Himal and Langtang along with amazing view of Kathmandu valley and Nuwakot district. Your tour guide will pick you up at the designated departure spot. Then you will be driven to the gate of Nagarjuna where you will register your name, pay the entrance fee, and begin your hiking. Walking through the lush green forest of chestnuts, pines, and nettle woods, you will reach the top of the Nagarjun Hill which is also known as Jamacho. You will pay a visit to the monastery there and enjoy the astounding views of savoring mountains and Kathmandu valley. After spending a good amount of time there and having lunch in the serene surrounding, you will retrace back the trail and return back to the gate and drive back to the center of the city.
