Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Day

Our Airport Representative will greet you in Tribhuwan International Airport and transfer you to your respective hotels. Your trip guide will briefly give information about your trip in the evening.

Day 02: Kathmandu city Sightseeing

The tour begins today after your breakfast in the hotel. You will be visiting to three world heritage sites today. And they are:

Pashupatinath Temple, the most important Hindu Pilgrimage is a temple constructed in 17th century and has been unchanged since then. Non-Hindu visitors are unacceptable in the main temple but can observe the scenes from across the river.

Boudhanath Stupa is your next stop. The stupa is one of the biggest stupas in South Asia and was built in 5th century which reflects Tibetan Buddhism. Many small gompas and monasteries are also built in Tibetan style. The area is an authentic place to purchase Tibetan Stuffs.

Swoyambhunath Stupa will be your last destination for today. Popular as “Monkey temple” among tourists is indeed a great and famous attraction of the valley. The stupa is one of the ancient stupas of the valley where the worshippers are diverse from Newar nuns, Tibetan monks to Brahmin priests. Situated at the top of the hill, it offers you incredible view of the valley.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu-Bhaktapur-Changunarayan-Dhulikhel-Kathmandu

After breakfast, you will drive to Bhaktapur to explore Bhaktapur Durbar Square which is famous for it’s unique handicrafts, medieval era temples and structures. Later, you will proceed towards Changunarayan Temple for further exploration of arts and structures. Being one of the oldest temples in Nepal, built in 3rd century, it is one of the oldest discoveries. Dhulikhel is your today’s last destination. The place is very famous for picnic programs with enchanting view of mountain ranges, traditional Newari town with Kali temple and Thrangu Tashi Monastery as main attractions. 1.5 hours driving will take you to your hotel in the evening.

Day 04: Fly to Pokhara, City Tour

Flying Duration: 35 minutes

Today, you will board towards Pokhara for this cultural tour after breakfast in the hotel. 30 minutes of scenic flight above the hills, rivers and Himalayan ranges will amaze you. After short break in hotel, you will follow your tour guide to explore Pokhara. You will visit to top attractions of Pokhara such as Devis Fall, Gupteshowr Cave and Shanti Stupa (World Peace Pogoda). Built by Japanese monk in Japanese style, it is ranked as top 2 attractions of the city providing you panoramic view of Annapurna ranges, Fewa Lake and Pokhara city. Later, in the leisure time, you can take a walk on the lakeside.

Day 05: Sunrise in Sarangkot (1592m), Museum Visit

Driving Duration: 30 minutes

Very early in the morning, you will drive for 30 minutes to reach Sarangkot, where you will observe stunning sunrise. Sarangkot is a famous view point for sunrise and sunset along with panoramic view of Annapurna IV (7,525m), Annapurna III (7,555m), Dhaulagiri (8,167m) and Machhapuchhre (6993m). After breakfast in your hotel, you will proceed to explore Gorkha Museum where mountains, it’s people and environment are displayed.

Day 06: Drive to Lumbini

Driving Duration: 6 hours (165 km)

Today, you will drive to the birthplace of Lord Buddha, Lumbini after breakfast. Lumbini is one of the World Heritages Sites with numerous monasteries built by different nations. You will pay visit to main attractions such as Mayadevi Temple, Ashoka Pillar, Myanmar monastery and Lumbini museum.

Day 07: Drive back to Kathmandu

Driving Duration: 9 hours (258 km)

Today, you will drive to Kathmandu after breakfast. You will drive for 9 hours through Prithivi Highway along with beautiful scenery of hills, villages, rivers and small towns throughout the driving hours and arrive at Kathmandu. In the evening, you can take rest or stroll around Thamel for shopping and refreshment from exhausting and long drive.

Day 08: Departure Day

You will be transferred to airport for your onward destination as per your flight schedule.
