This warm and beautiful Himalayan River flows through dramatic jungle scenery, lush hills and valleys and holds heaps of small and straightforward rapids. Seti River Rafting sets off from Damauli, a small village situated at the Prithvi Highway en route between the Kathmandu valley and Pokhara City. This short and exciting rafting journey officially ends at Devghat.

The trip begins with a drive to Damauli from Kathmandu/Pokhara city in the morning. Damauli is the put-in point of this exciting Seti River rafting. Soon after, briefing and safety instruction session, you will enter the water and start the adventure. You will spend the whole day within its forested canyon. The change in the vegetation can be seen as you set off down the river. Today is the perfect day to view some wildlife in undisturbed way. At the lunch time, you will have plenty of time to explore the flora and fauna, take photographs, swim or relax. You will encounter a small technical rapid near the Saranghat village. You will set up your camp on a spacious beach below this colorful middle hill village of Magars.

Today, soon after breakfast you will once again set off down river. You will tackle the grade 3 technical grade. Shortly after hitting the rapid, you will enter the Trishuli River. The Terai plain opens up as you raft down and the dramatically change in topography can be viewed. You will float down river until you reach the put-out point, Gaighat. From here, you will drive towards Kathmandu or Chitwan National Park.
